In this newly created position, Yeatman will be responsible for the development, implementation and compliance of all policies, programs and activities in support of all Mercedes-Benz , Maybach and SLR vehicle sales and objectives, ensuring that activities and initiatives balance organizational and market needs. In addition, Yeatman will also oversee the sales volume planning department which aligns MBUSA's strategic sales direction and front-line execution. Worthington office-warehouse sold for $10M
A New York investor has acquired an office-warehouse project in Worthington. Property manager Grubb & Ellis/Adena Realty Advisors said New York-based Worthington Warehouse LLC bought the 185,000-square-foot space at 6999 to 7029 Huntley Road and 6969 Worthington-Galena Road for about $10 million. The seller was Worthington Office Warehouse LLC of Ohio. Chris Salomone of Grubb & Ellis brokered the off-market deal for Worthington Warehouse, while the buyer was represented by Chris' brother, Steve Salomone of Prudential Serls Prime Properties. Grubb & Ellis has a staff of 44 advisory and support employees and manages about 5 million square feet in Central Ohio. The company's brokerage activity in 2006 exceeded $117 million. .
